Mix Combo D contains two jars of three flavours: Mix #2, Mix #3 and Mix #4.

Mix #2 made with roasted coconut, raw cashews and cinnamon without oil, refined sugar or conservatives added.

Coconut is a source of potassium, sodium and B vitamins. It is also a great source of energy due to its content of saturated fat, which is directly used by the body as fuel, rather than broken down and absorbed like any other saturated fat.

Cashews are particularly rich in iron, which delivers oxygen to our cells, and zinc, which contributes to a healthy immune system and vision.

Cinnamon is rich in fiber, manganese, calcium and vitamins A and K.

Mix #3 is made with roasted almonds, honey and sea salt without oil, refined sugar or conservatives added.

Almonds contain the most fiber of all nuts (about 12g per 100g), making us feel satiated for longer. They are also the richest in calcium and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.

Coconut sugar is an alternative to regular sugar with traces of iron, zinc, calcium and potassium.

Sea salt is a less processed alternative to regular salt. It contains traces of minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium.

Mix #4 is made with roasted hazelnuts and almonds, coconut sugar, cacao, maca, sea salt without oil, refined sugar or conservatives added.

Hazelnuts are high in heart-healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. They also contain a great amount of antioxidant vitamin E, essential for healthy skin, hair and nails, and B vitamins including folate, important for cell and energy metabolism. Hazelnuts are also a rich source of calcium, potassium and magnesium.
