Mix Combo B contains two jars of three sorts: Mix #1, Mix #2 and Mix #4.
Mix #1 is made with roasted peanuts, dried raw coconut, chia seeds and sea salt without oil, refined sugar or conservatives added.
Peanuts contain the most protein compared to other nuts (about 26g per 100g) and they are a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate and manganese.
Coconut is a source of potassium, sodium and B vitamins. It is also a great source of energy due to its content of saturated fat, which is directly used by the body as fuel, rather than broken down and absorbed like any other saturated fat.
Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
Sea salt is a less processed alternative to regular salt. It contains traces of minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium.

They also contain a great amount of antioxidant vitamin E, essential for healthy skin, hair and nails, and B vitamins including folate, important for cell and energy metabolism. Hazelnuts are also a rich source of calcium, potassium and magnesium.
Almonds contain the most fiber of all nuts (about 12g per 100g), making us feel satiated for longer. They are also the richest in calcium and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.
Coconut sugar is an alternative to regular sugar with traces of iron, zinc, calcium and potassium.
Cacao is high in antioxidants and nutrients like magnesium, potassium, and iron. Cacao is also high in healthy fats and contains alkaloids.
Maca is a good source of carbs, is low in fat and contains a fair amount of fiber. It’s also high in some essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, copper and iron.
