Mix #1 is made with roasted peanuts, dried raw coconut, chia seeds and sea salt without oil, refined sugar or conservatives added.
Peanuts contain the most protein compared to other nuts (about 26g per 100g) and they are a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate and manganese.
Coconut is a source of potassium, sodium and B vitamins. It is also a great source of energy due to its content of saturated fat, which is directly used by the body as fuel, rather than broken down and absorbed like any other saturated fat.
Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
Sea salt is a less processed alternative to regular salt. It contains traces of minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium.
