This fudge with only three ingredients is extremely easy to make and it’s the perfect healthy treat when you are craving something sweet. The sweetness come from the coconut and one (or two… or even three!) small fudge square(s) will satisfy your cravings.

Cashew Dream Frozen Fudge


  • 1/2 cup Cashew Dream room temperature
  • 2 tbp cup coconut oil, softened, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Line a pan (mine was about 10cm x 10cm) with plastic wrap.
  • Combine all ingredients with a spatula in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture in the lined pan.
  • Freeze for one hour.
  • Take the fudge out of the pan and cut it at your preferred size.
  • Store them in air-proof container in the freezer.
