I absolutely love to dip apples and bananas in any spectacular Nux spread. However, yesterday I wanted a twist… Something else. I remembered that I once saw this yogurt-nut butter dip and even though it sounded strange to me at first I decided to give it a try.

The result… Wow!

It could be used as a butter cream for cupcakes! That’s why I chose the cupcakes picture… It was much prettier than the dip alone! However, it dries fast and it doesn’t look very pretty after a few hours… But… It still tastes like heaven!

My advice: don’t use it to garnish cakes or cupcakes for a party. If the cake/cupcakes are for you, go for it!

Almond Treasure Dip or Frosting

 

  • ½ cup Almond Treasure
  • ½ cup greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Icing sugar (optional, I didn’t use any but it will make it more kid friendly)
  • Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer.
  • Eat it!
